Terry Coon, SRA is the Senior Appraiser at StarGate Enterprises and reviews all Real Estate products.  His many years of Real Estate and Appraisal experience along with his years of work with the Department of Housing and Urban Development gives him valuable insights into how to best serve and assist our customers.

    Terry is a life long resident of Utah and resides in West Jordan with his wife Deanna and their youngest of 4 children.  He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Utah in 1969 and began his career in Real Estate in 1974 when he attended the Monroe Tucker School of Real Estate, earned his Real Estate license and became a Real Estate Agent for Christiansen Realtors.  In 1978, he attended the Lumblau Center for Real Estate Studies and started his Real Estate Appraisal career and amassing a long list of credentials and certifications.  He has been a staff appraiser for 'Gary Free and Associates', ' Utah Mortgage', and a contract appraiser for the Department of Housing and Urban Development. 

    Terry is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Salt Lake Board of Realtors, Utah County Board of Realtors, and a local member of the FHA Fee Panel.  He is a Real Estate Broker and a Certified Residential Appraiser with the SRA Certification from the Appraisal Institute.
